Introducing their all-new Japanese Sando Sets - a contemporary take on the iconic Japanese sando, crafted on pillowy-soft milk bread and paired with our signature Japanese seaweed-salt fries.

Following the huge response to their Chicken Katsu Sando earlier this year, this new collection takes a courtside classic and elevates it with fine-dining techniques, fresh kale slaw and sensational sauces. All served with their signature seaweed-salt fries and a fresh slice of lemon. 

Chicken Katsu - Golden, crunchy panko-crumbed Aussie chicken breast layered with kale slaw and tonkatsu sauce. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser. 

Orange-Yuzu Crispy Fish - A bold, sweet-and-sour twist on a guest favourite. Crispy fish meets tangy orange-yuzu dressing, crunchy kale slaw and a squeeze of lemon - bright, refreshing and built for summer.

Curry Prawn - Five juicy prawns coated in rich Japanese curry with creamy kale slaw. A legendary mix of spice, crunch and Japanese comfort.

Their Summer Sando Collection also welcomes two seasonal favourites.

Tuna Avo - Cool and creamy tuna mixed with Japanese mayo and cucumber salad, finished with slices of fresh avo.

Double Egg - A Japanese classic featuring silky egg salad topped with a soft-boiled egg - simple, nostalgic and full of flavour.
