Before You Arrive

To help ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please:

• Take your dog to the toilet before entering the cinema.
• Bring your own waste bags.
• Bring disinfectant wipes in case of an accident.
• Bring a blanket or towel for your dog to sit or lie on during the film.
• Arrive early to allow your dog to settle into the cinema environment.

During the Screening

• Dogs must remain under the supervision and control of their owner at all times.
• Owners should escort their dog outside if a toilet break is required during the film.
• Please be considerate of other guests and their dogs.
• Dogs should remain calm and settled for the duration of the screening.

Behaviour Expectations

This session is designed to be enjoyable for all guests, both human and canine.

For the comfort and safety of everyone attending:

• Dogs with known behavioural, aggression or anxiety issues should not attend.
• Aggressive, disruptive or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Reading Cinemas and Newmarket Village reserve the right to refuse entry or request guests leave if a dog poses a risk or significant disruption to others.
• No refunds will be provided if guests are asked to leave due to behavioural issues.

Owner Responsibilities

By attending this screening, owners agree to:

• Supervise their dog at all times.
• Clean up after their dog if required.
• Bring all necessary supplies, including waste bags and wipes.
• Ensure their dog is suitable for a public cinema environment.
